Summary
Defendant requests a review based on Art. 20 EPO. The defendant claims only became known with the EPO afterwards, after been served the enforceability decision together with it. The court considers that a request for review has to be filed within four weeks, after the grounds on which the request is based, became known to the defendant. The defendant did not file the request within the prescribed time limit, leading the court to judge the defendant inadmissible in its request for review.
